Festival Stage Hire London

PopHaus provides festival stage hire across London and the South East — covered outdoor stages, FOH towers and accessible viewing platforms with the full documentation package London boroughs and event control expect: engineer-stamped structural calcs, wind management plans and job-specific RAMS, all supplied with the quote.

Outdoor staging in London is a compliance exercise as much as a build. Every borough has its own events team, its own paperwork and its own expectations for temporary demountable structures. We build to those expectations from the first drawing — which keeps your Safety Advisory Group meetings short and your licence conditions intact.

London sites we build for

The big park event sites

Victoria Park, Finsbury Park, Brockwell Park, Clapham Common and Gunnersbury Park host London’s major festival seasons, each under a different borough with different structure and reinstatement expectations. We know the drill: trackway from the gate, ground protection under every leg, vehicle movement windows agreed in advance, and documentation formatted for the borough’s SAG.

Central and riverside locations

Southbank, Potters Fields, Granary Square and the City’s squares mean tight footprints, pedestrian management and hard noise limits. Smaller covered stages, fast builds and derigs timed around public access.

Stadiums, racecourses and showgrounds

Concerts and family events at venues with existing infrastructure still need stages, camera platforms and FOH — built around the venue’s own event management plan and curfews.

LED wall and screen support frames

Goalposts, ground support frames and flown headers for LED wall truss and projection screens of any size, coordinated directly with your AV supplier on dimensions, power and install sequence, no two crews fighting over the same floor space on load-in day.

Street festivals and community events

From high-street festivals to school fetes: compact covered stages that arrive, build in hours, meet the council’s documentation requirements, and disappear the same night.

Stage packages and site structures

Stages from community sizes to festival main stages, with roof systems rated to defined wind speeds, monitor wings, camera risers, PA wings and accessible viewing platforms. FOH towers, delay towers, entrance gateways and site dressing structures come as one structural package with one set of calcs — one supplier accountable for everything standing on the field. Branded scenic dressing is fabricated in our own workshop, so your stage looks like your event, not like scaffolding: custom fascias, DJ booths, header pieces and sponsor integration. For fully bespoke outdoor builds beyond staging, see temporary structures & outdoor builds.

Wind management and TDS compliance

Every covered stage comes with a wind management plan: rated operational limits for the roof system, anemometer monitoring, named responsibilities and clear derig triggers. Structures are designed and documented in line with temporary demountable structure (TDS) guidance — the package borough SAGs ask to see. We attend SAG meetings on request, and our RAMS are written per job, not templated.

The de-rig matters as much as the build

London park events live under reinstatement clauses and hard exit deadlines. We plan the de-rig sequence with your site manager from day one — phased around other suppliers, lit for overnight work where permitted, and off site before the deadline with the ground protected throughout. Install and de-rig planning is a PopHaus speciality: see event installation & de-rig.
