How much does stage hire cost in London?
Most PopHaus projects fall between £10k and £150k+ — small staging and scenic moments £10–25k, mid-scale productions £25–60k, full multi-week builds £60–150k and up. Staging, truss and branded set are quoted as one fixed price against your brief, with venue fees passed through at cost. See our cost guide for how budgets break down.
Can you install overnight or around venue curfews?
Yes — a large share of our London work installs after 10pm or before 6am around venue curfews and next-day turnarounds. It's priced and crewed accordingly from the start.
Do you provide accessible staging and ramps?
Yes — disabled access ramps, handrails and accessible platforms are standard options, with compliant gradients advised for your stage height.
Do you supply the paperwork our venue needs?
Every job comes with job-specific RAMS, and structural or loading calculations where structures require them. Venue technical teams get documentation in the format they expect.
Can you build the set as well as the stage?
Yes — that's the point of PopHaus. Stage, truss, branded set and install come from one workshop and one crew, on one fixed quote.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes — we're London-based and deliver UK-wide, with transport priced transparently in the quote.
