Event Logistics, Storage & Reuse — London Bespoke Event Production
Storage, refurbishment and redeployment for outdoor event structures, pop-up event production, brand activations and experiential campaigns one accountable London producer, one campaign calendar, one carbon footprint that shrinks every deployment.
PopHaus is a London bespoke event production producer specialising in event logistics, set storage and scenic reuse. We collect, condition-check, refurbish, store and redeploy scenic, props, outdoor event structures and pop-up event production assets across our client roster so every build earns its keep across multiple activations rather than getting skipped after one show. Every project is built locally through our own workshop in Brentford, West London, then collected, stored and redeployed by our own crew.

Reusing scenic across two or more activations typically pays back the storage cost inside the second deployment before any sustainability or lead-time gains are counted. For brand activations agencies, experiential agencies in London and direct brand teams running roadshows, retail rollouts, seasonal campaigns and multi-market activations, that means faster turnarounds, lower per-event cost and a measurably smaller carbon footprint. One PopHaus producer leads the campaign calendar end-to-end. See our wider set build and scenic construction service for how the original build runs.
Share your asset list and campaign calendar and we'll come back with a tailored storage and reuse proposal inside one working day. No long-term contract required, no brief fees, fixed-price quotes against signed-off scope.
What our event logistics service covers
Six service strands cover the full reuse lifecycle from venue strike through to next deployment. Every strand sits under one accountable PopHaus producer, with fabrication and refurbishment handled in-house at our own workshop in Brentford, West London matched to outdoor event structures, scenic, hero props, retail fixtures or pop-up build, as the brief demands.
Venue collection and transport
Strike, pack and transport from venue to warehouse managed by the same PopHaus crew that ran the original install. Vehicle right-sized to the load: van, Luton, 7.5t or HIAB depending on the asset list. Multi-venue and multi-day campaigns handled as one continuous logistics workflow. See our event installation and de-rig service for the strike side.
Condition check and refurbishment
Every returned asset is unpacked, condition-checked and logged at intake. Cosmetic refresh scuff touch-ups, paint matches, vinyl replacement, dressing refresh handled in-house at our own workshop in Brentford, West London. Structural refurbishment for higher-value pieces routed to a fabricator matched to the original build. Each asset carries a running condition score against its deployment history.
Inventory tracking and asset library
Full digital inventory of every stored asset photographs, dimensions, condition score, deployment history, refurb log. Shared with your client team via a live asset library so anyone on your side can see what's in storage without calling us first. Updated after every deployment with the new condition state, deployment dates and refurb notes.
Secure London warehousing
Climate-controlled storage at our partner warehouse facilities in Greater London, fully insured, with vehicle access for fast deployment to any London or UK venue. Per-pallet or per-volume pricing depending on the campaign profile. No long-term contract required month-to-month for shorter campaigns, discounted annual rates for long-running programmes.
Redeployment, refresh and reinstall
When the next campaign window opens, we refresh, pack, transport and reinstall usually with the same project lead and crew that originally ran the build. Refresh works (new graphics, new dressing, repaint to a new palette, fresh print) handled inside the lead time at our own workshop. Most reuse deployments install in 50% of the original build lead time.
Sustainable disposal and end-of-life routing
Assets that reach end-of-life are routed to timber recycling, metal scrap, charity build projects (schools, community spaces, theatre groups, set-design colleges) or community spaces. Full waste-transfer notes and disposal evidence supplied for sustainability reporting and ESG documentation. We track and report on disposal routing as a standard deliverable.
Storage and reuse by build type

Pop-up event production reuse
