As an event production company we manage the whole production end to end, so we can commit to a firm number. If scope changes mid-project we flag the cost impact before committing to the change, so there are no surprises at invoice. Roughly 80% of our quotes come in at or below the agreed number.

No — venue fees are always passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on the quote. We source the venue on your behalf where useful, negotiate the rate, and share the paperwork. Never marked up, never hidden.

Partly. Bigger venues need more scenic to fill and more staff to run, but the relationship isn't linear doubling square metres doesn't double cost. Venue fees scale more predictably: a bigger or better postcode almost always means a bigger venue invoice.

What's the difference between scenic cost and production cost?

Scenic cost = the physical build (timber, joinery, paint, print, fixtures). Production cost = everything around it AV, lighting, rigging, power, install and strike crew, project management, insurance. On a mid-scale London brand activation, scenic is usually 40–50% of the quote; production is 30–40%; venue and third-parties make up the rest.
