How much does a PR activation cost in London?
Most London PR activations fall between £10k and £150k. Small-scale moments start around £10–25k, mid-scale activations typically run £25–60k, and full-scale multi-week productions reach £60–150k and beyond. Budget is driven by scale, duration, venue fees and scenic complexity.
Do you quote fixed-price or time-and-materials?
We quote fixed-price scope-of-work for every London brand activation, based on the agreed brief. As an event production company we manage full production in-house, so we can commit to a firm number. If scope changes mid-project we flag the cost impact before committing to the change, so there are no surprises at invoice. Roughly 80% of our quotes come in at or below the agreed number.
Are venue fees included in your brand activation quote?
No — venue fees are always passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on the quote. We source the venue on your behalf where useful, negotiate the rate, and share the paperwork. Never marked up, never hidden.
How much should I budget for a first brand activation?
For a brand running its first London brand activation, budget £25–45k. That's enough for a mid-scale pop-up in a decent postcode, proper scenic build, install, staffing and content capture a meaningful first moment that generates data and learnings for the next campaign. Below £15k and the activation often feels undercooked; above £50k and you're investing in scale you may not need to validate the format.
Do brand activation costs scale with venue size?
Partly. Bigger venues need more scenic to fill and more staff to run, but the relationship isn't linear doubling square metres doesn't double cost. Venue fees scale more predictably: a bigger or better postcode almost always means a bigger venue invoice.
What's the difference between scenic cost and production cost?
Scenic cost = the physical build (timber, joinery, paint, print, fixtures). Production cost = everything around it AV, lighting, rigging, power, install and strike crew, project management, insurance. On a mid-scale London brand activation, scenic is usually 40–50% of the quote; production is 30–40%; venue and third-parties make up the rest.
